Voting Hours 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM


Voting Locations

  • Precincts 1-4 - Hingham High School, 17 Union Street  

  • Precincts 5-7 - Hingham Middle School, 1103 Main Street 

  • Precinct 7A - Willard Square, Linden Ponds, 201 Linden Ponds Way


Early In-Person Voting Hours

At Town Hall, 210 Central Street as follows:

  • Saturday      August 24   10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Monday       August 26    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday       August 27    8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday August 28    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday     August 29    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Voter Registration Deadline: Saturday, August 24, 2024  

To register to vote or if you have moved within Hingham or want to change your party registration, this is the last day to do so. For more information on registration, click:


Vote by Mail Application Deadline: Monday, August 26, 2024

The town of Hingham recommends submitting earlier to provide enough time for ballots to be mailed out and received back by Tuesday, September 3.  Please sign and choose a party ballot if unenrolled or we cannot fulfill the request. Active Military/US Citizens Living Abroad

If you are active military or US citizens living abroad, please contact the Town Clerk's office at townclerk@hingham-ma.gov to request information on absentee voting.
